At V’s Type, our goal is to provide the best customer service possible. We want you to love your item(s) as well as shopping with us in store or online. However, in the case that your item(s) do not fit properly, we are happy to issue store credit.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on the following products: shoes, jewelry, bralettes or handbags.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, meaning unworn and unwashed. The item must not have any odors, stains and must be in smoke-free condition. If the item(s) has any wear or tear, the request to exchange will be denied. TAGS MUST BE PRESENT TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR EXCHANGE.
If an item(s) you receive is damaged or defective, please send us a photograph of the damage to: email@example.com within two days of receiving your order and we will exchange the item.
If we are not notified about the damage within two days of you receiving your order, we are not responsible for defect or damage.

When returning an order, you will be held responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item(s).
Individuals who choose to return their item(s) must do so within seven days of 7 days of purchase with receipt present. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size and it is available in that size, we will be happy to do that for you. If the item is not in stock, you will receive store credit.
